K&N is proud of its superior level of customer service. It's in-house Consumer Warranty and Dealership Relations Department creates and maintains good relationships with K&N consumers and the people who work on their cars.

"We relay the message to dealerships and service departments that K&N is on their side," said Steve Gibson, K&N Dealership Programs Coordinator. "We are willing to help by answering questions and providing technical support when they encounter customers who use K&N. At the same time, we are here for our customers."

Gibson put that message in an article for Fixed Ops Magazine. It is on page 22 of the March 2009 issue and is entitled, Making the Correct Diagnosis the First Time.
