5 stars for the week I have had this installed in my 2000 Ford F250 7.3 diesel. When all the electronics adjust (about 2 minutes) the engine really responds to the breath of fresh air, relaxes and performs noticeably better than anything else available. Even if you don't want to clean and reuse this filter it performs better and is just as inexpensive to replace the whole unit.
