The actual online ordering experience was quick and easy. What was missing were any instructions whatsoever on how to install the filter. While this may be common knowledge to many who are mechanically inclined, to install one of these in a Fiat 500 is tricky and entails working in a very tight space. This is not the fault of the filter, which I ultimately did get installed (after skinned knuckles), but the barest of instructions on how to do so would have been very helpful. I ended up finding a video online, but not by K&N. Good product though. I've been using K&N filters since around 2006 in my vehicles.
