Very pleased with filter on 1987 buick grand national. Easy to clean and helps filter oil better than standard filters. Any advantage for high performance engines is crucial for long term engine wear. Would recommend for anyone. price isnt cheap but well worth it in the long run.

Do you hate buying oil filters? (if you're on K&N its the right place to be). I have 07 Grand Prix 3.8L and if you keep your cars forever (like i do) then this filter will pay for itself. About 25 (or less) oil changes based on former filters. This filter fits most GM 3.8L. K&N also has awesome customer service, they responded right away when I didn't see a cleaning kit listed. I think I put the filter on too tight 1st time... Difficult to remove at next LOF. I now have my car 100% K&N equipped (if available)... I have now spent enough money, I got a free K&N hat. WOOHOO!
