Perfect fit, immediate difference felt in throttle response...was it the fact that the factory filter was still in place and dirty at 22k miles? Who knows? I do know however, that I do have a world class clean, air filter...that fits better than that from the factory.
I have been using K&N filters and cold air in takes for years. Don't hesitate. Go ahead with the purchase...you cannot loose with K&N.
